A Tutorial a Day- 21st Sin City Style
Sunday, September 6th, 2009Here is one I have seen for a long time and just never tried it. I really like the movie Sin City so I was attracted to it as soon as I saw it. I found the tutorial at tutorialseeker.com, I like the name of this site because that is what I am a tutorial seeker!

Here is my go at it I really liked this one, it was pretty easy only one minor problem. The thing I could not get was the rain like it was in the original, I tried to fix it a few times but couldn’t get it the similar to the original. I still like the final outcome though, very cool looking. I used a picture I had taken for an engagement session over a year ago, I cut out Jimmy and created it from there. This was easy enough to follow the set up of the steps on the page were not laid out well, they are kind of jumbled around. The tutorial could use a little more organization and a little more clarity on how to make the rain, but I was able to produce a cool image anyways.
